To secure a booking, we ask for a 25% deposit. 

The remaining sum is then due 6 weeks prior to your stay. 

If you are booking a stay that is within 6 weeks, we will ask for the payment in full to secure the booking. 

We understand that life gets busy and things crop up, so you can cancel your booking up to 4 weeks prior to your stay. 

If you wish to cancel within 4 weeks, we will at first try to see if we can swap your stay to some alternate dates. 

If that's not possible, we will try our hardest to re-book the cabin but if we don't succeed you may be charged the full amount. 

Cancellations within 48 hours of your stay will usually be subject to payment in full, but we will always try our best to help you out and accommodate changes.
